2009 World Championship Cycling for the Medical and Paramedical Professions

German Medical and Pharmaceutical Cycling Association RVDÄ, SV Niederpöring and RSV 1895 Passau invite you to participate in the 2009 World Championship Cycling for the medical and paramedical professions held in Bad Birnbach and Niederpöring from July 23rd to July 26th.

According to the promise of the tourist department of Bad Birnbach online reservation of special accommodation arrangements and offers of the accompanying program will be available from May, 25th.

At the ROTTAL TERME all competitors will receive a personal welcome gift.

On Thursday July 23rd, 2009 competitors and their friends come together at the WELCOME PARTY and on Saturday July 25th, 2009 at CHAMPIONSHIPS DINNER. An application form for the championships dinner can be found in the section "accompanying program" from May 25th.

For the first time there will be an extra age-group “GENTLEMEN E” but no scoring system for “OMNIUM”.

Registration has to be done only online before July 13th, 2009. Late registration can be done 30 minutes before start of the competition. For late registration an additional fee of 5 EUR per race will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE that for the time trial race and for the whole championship (four races) online registration is obligatory.

In order to enable the organisation team to tune the organisation of this event according to the number of participants we kindly request you to register for the races as soon as possible.

The entry fee is not refundable.

After receipt of your entry you’ll receive a confirmation via email. Your entry will only be valid after receipt of the entry-fee.

Conditions for attending the races:
All events will be held according to the rules of the International Cycling Union (UCI).
In case of any doubt or dispute, the jury will decide. Decisions made by the jury are irreversible.
Participating in cycling races can cause personal injury or damage to material. Participation is at the own risk of the competitor. The organisation cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons and/or material.
By participating in these races the competitor agrees to these conditions.
